About The Asylum
The Asylum opened in February, 1994 and has been Sacramento's "dirty little secret" for almost 20 years. We were the ONLY 18 and over goth club with two full bars, huge dance floor, outside smoking patio, and the largest state of the art sound system in the area. Some bands that have partied at the Asylum have included: Depeche Mode, Ogher (Skinny Puppy), Hate Department, Leather Strip, and KMFDM.
